IYDU is delighted that Junge Union will be hosting this year’s Council Meeting in Berlin between Wednesday 25 and Sunday 29 November 2009. This event coincides with the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall.

Participation Fee and Delegate Numbers
There is no cost for attending the IYDU Council Meeting or the various seminars, drinks receptions and meals forming the official IYDU Council Meeting.
Arrivals and Departures
We suggest that you arrive on the afternoon of Wednesday 25 November and depart on Sunday 29 November. There will be no formal programme on Sunday.
Hotels
Junge Union has arranged a rate with the Suitehotel, Anhalter Strasse 2, 10963, Berlin. The booking code is IYDU. The rate is 80 euros for a single and 93 euros for a double.

Visa
Please do check with your local German Embassy as to whether you need a visa.
If you require a visa invitation letter please ensure that you complete all passport information on the registration form. It is the responsibility of individual participants to ensure they have applied for the correct visa.

- Chairman
- Deputy Chairman
- Treasurer
- Vice Chairmen (Ten)
Please note the following from the IYDU Constitution:
All Office Bearers shall belong to either:
A member party of the IDU or any of its regional union; or A full member organisation of the IDU The Chairman, Deputy Chairman, Treasurer and Executive Secretary shall belong to member parties of the IDU.
